Senate approves DTV transition delay

Unfortunately but not unexpectedly the Senate approved a delay of the DTV transition. So in 4 months we will right back here with many Americans unprepared just as they are today. The fact is these people ignored the warnings. I doubt any thing will change with these people.



Bail out and Mark to Market rules

I was listening to yesterday’s Dave Ramsey program. In his show he discussed a possible option to help avoid the government bailout Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and their cousins.
