Looks like 5 Justices read the US Constitution and reaffirmed our right to keep and bear arms. The DC gun ban was the most ridiculous and abusive gun law in the US. I’m surprised that 4 justices actually found the law valid. Goes to show who is appointed to the Supreme court [...]

Tennessee State University bans all guns including toy guns. Included in this blog article by Terry Frank is a comment I find particularly telling:
State Rep. Thelma Harper, who represents the TSU district, said college students need help and protections, but said guns were not the right idea.
