I’m surprised that OS X clone maker Psystar wasn’t sued ages ago. I doubt they have much funding to fight this lawsuit. I’m not even sure if they did that they could win. However, I would wager that Apple has far more resources to outlive little ole’ Psystar even if the company was legally allowed to make their clones.
